I dropped my phone.
90-second auto-diagnostic. We probe every subsystem that drops typically affect, then walk you through the visual and tactile checks the browser can't do.
- Screen dead-pixel sweep
/monitor/dead-pixel — fullscreen each colour in a dim room. Look for cracked corners, dead pixels, dark spots, or backlight bleed.
- Touch sweep
/touch/multitouch — drag a fingertip across every region. Dead patches = digitiser hairline cracks.
- Camera lens visual
Hold the phone to a strong light. Look for spider-web cracks on the rear lens cluster. Cracked lenses produce glare and dust over time.
- Camera focus + dust check
Open the camera. Photograph a white wall. Look for black blobs (dust in sensor) and confirm autofocus locks crisply.
- Speaker test
/audio/stereo — both channels should be equal volume with no rattle. Rattle = something's loose inside.
- Microphone test
/microphone/waveform — record yourself. Crackle on playback can mean a dislodged mic.
- Buttons + ports
Every volume button, mute switch, power, action button. Lightning / USB-C — plug in and confirm charging starts immediately.
- Frame visual check
Run a finger along every edge. Any new dent, gap between screen and frame, or stuck home indicator suggests an internal frame bend.
